HKLRR (Local regulatory Reporting) is my ongoing project which is an enhancement project.
This project involves data provisioning for regulatory reporting submission to Hong Kong
country. As a part of the project we extract, transform, and process the Hong Kong financial
data for various entities as per the regulatory requirements and publish it to downstream
system. The project mainly deals with Regulatory reporting for 4 countries - Hong Kong, China,
Korea, Taiwan. Similarly, USLRR & DELRR are also enhancement project. This project involves
data provisioning for regulatory reporting submission to United States and Germany countries.

• Provide thorough support and problem resolution for customers.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with service providers and consumers.
• Train new employees and explain protocols clearly and efficiently.
• Walked customers through step-by-step process for troubleshooting issues.
• Updated the ticket with root cause analysis, identified solutions and communicated to the customer for permanent resolution based on the feedback from respective teams.
• Highlighted recurring issues in development call. Provided the resolution options to the Dev which are agreed by the customer. Tracked the QC and kept customer informed until release implementation.
• Deployed newly developed patches in Production Environment and performed the post release checks.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts including Incident, Problem, Release Management, and Change/Configuration Management.
• Expertise in analyzing and solving the client issues and handling the client queries.
