• Managed and directed a cross-functional team consisting of 35 full-time employees across various roles.

Project 2: Critical Payments Enterprise Financial Messaging Platform

• Serve as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master for two scrum teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily Team-sync, Iteration planning, Backlog Refinement, Iteration reviews, System Demo and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer to coordinate dependencies across multiple scrum teams.
• Assist Product Owners in maintaining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Guide teams in sprint backlog planning and impediment resolution.
• Support teams in user story writing, splitting epics, and task estimation.

• Managed cash securities Trade Settlement & Cash & Stock reconciliation operations for equity & fixed income products, including stock lending & borrowing business, for APAC markets
• Reviewed daily risk reports, implemented risk mitigation controls, and escalated any risk items to clients and Line Risk teams
• Conduct weekly twice review of all breaks >7 days, SD-1 unmatched trades and Fails >3 days with managers and escalate any risk items to clients & Line Risk teams

• Trade settlement, fails management, cash reconciliation & release payment for OTC Derivatives Post settlement, Brokerage & Inter-system reconciliation processes for UK, US and APAC region
• Lead a team of 26 FTE’s across split location (Pune and Hyderabad)

• Review and Verify evidences before approving manual payment and SWIFT instructions for settlement of Cash/Stock transactions

• Lead a team of 6 members for Boston Trade Processing
• Independently migrated Boston trade processing & stabilized the process within 3 months

• Played key role in migration of German trade processing process & assisted in stabilizing sub-processes
• Accountable for delivering BAU activities of trade processing and reconciliation for Stock & Cash as per procedure

• Worked audit engagements for wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, non-profit and nationalized & co-operative banks
