As a TSM at Bharti Airtel Ltd., I was responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail outlets, known as Airtel stores, in various locations across the circle. My role involved managing a team of sales executives, ensuring the smooth functioning of the points, and driving sales and customer retention strategies.
Drive the achievement of revenue growth targets through the channel partners and their resources. Responsible for motivating and training the channel partner resources, and managing their activities to drive sales (existing and new retail base).

Manage key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets. Ensure the implementation and compliance of policies and processes.
Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory. Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
Drive acquisition (Prepaid) and revenue targets. Drive prepaid collections, bucket-wise, through retailers.
Operationalize the performance of all the retail stores in the preferred outlets within the territory. Ensure a world-class customer experience at Bharti Airtel.
Monitor and manage the productivity of the team. Monitor, evaluate, and train the team and retail partners.
