- Attestation to be sent to Senior Management by the end of the sprint for timesheets and their utilization
- Responsible for sitting with the BAs & SDETs to come up with the required test plans for E2E testing at a feature level
- Include the E2E tests in the CI nightly builds, failing test cases are analyzed and resolved
- Work with the Ontology team in designing the data model that suits the integration of Gloss (IPE), Impact (NAPE) & BPS systems since the initial model was not suited for all the systems requirements
- Ensure the transformation logic along with various other things like the data types, triples data, and so on are defined correctly for proper mapping, the logic implemented for one client should not affect another
- Work on proper mapping of elements from Gloss (IPE), Impact (NAPE) & BPS systems to GPTM, ensuring integration is smooth, and test for any issues by ingesting dummy XML documents and analyzing them
- Once data is properly ingested and transformed then it is sent to the downstream components of GPTM Global Profit & Loss (GPL), Global Sub Ledger (GSL) & Global Position Management (GPM)
- Worked with the architecture team to build a bridge through which the required data for GPL, GSL & GPM is sent, using the same bridge updated data after the calculations are done is sent back to DataFabric
- Latest versions or updated documents are available in DataFabric, GPTM Portal/Ops Console connects with DataFabric to fetch the latest version for any given document and display them to the client
- Worked to provide the requirements for consolidation of positions from Impact (NAPE) & BPS for GPM
- Worked on providing the requirements for building a few screens on the GPTM portal/Ops Console and the data to be displayed to the client on those screens
- Provided inter-system reconciliation rules for GPM positions before they were sent to the client
- Worked on designing the rules for some calculations like MBDR & MFDR on the GPL side along with their proper posting in GSL and a few rules by which proper cash & position balances are calculated
- Provided the requirements for building the inter-system reconciliation process to ensure that both GPL & GSL are showing the same cash balances at each account level by the end of every day
- Worked with the testing team and provided proper test plans and test data to ensure that reconciliation was working properly and picking up the differences if any correctly and then after proper UAT by the client, it is deployed to production
- Worked to provide the requirements for Reference Data project where both Security & Account data are consolidated, monitored, and maintained centrally in GPTM, in the current structure every system (Gloss (IPE), Impact (NAPE) & BPS) has its reference data set up and their way of identification
- Worked to provide the requirements for reference data harmonization of records coming from all three post-trade systems (Gloss (IPE), Impact (NAPE) & BPS)
- Worked with architects and SMEs to develop an environment/pipeline for running the integration tests before they are caught in the CI nightly run to reduce the CI run time
- Working on getting the CI refactoring done by analyzing all the existing tests to reduce the number of tests and redundant tests for improving the accuracy and the CI run time
- I am involved in talking to the clients, prepared the finalized technical & functional flows, provided the requirements, test plans and test data, manual testing results, UAT results and addressing issues that are identified, provide deployment support for the projects done in GPTM

- Worked with various departments and gathered all the requirements from Broadridge BPO and translated them into User Stories, in an understandable format both for developers & testers which helped in the smooth automation of a lot of reports
- Worked on automating the current manual process of report generation in Broadridge BPO
- Full automation was planned to be achieved in three steps, the first step involves the traditional way of coding the maximum possible steps done by the BPO using JAVA and the second step involves using RPA (UI Path) to automate the next possible steps using a Bot and the final step involves using Machine Learning to automate the remaining steps
- Due to budgeting constraints, the project was halted at the second step
- Worked on writing the functional requirements relating to the BEES portal including the screen designs done using MS Visio & MS PowerPoint
- Worked closely with the UI/UX designer and finalized the portal screen designs done using Balsamiq and also worked closely in getting the prototypes built using Unqork, they helped show the capabilities of the product before the whole product development was completed
- Worked with the development team closely and provided the requirements for building Gamification functionality in BEES
- To highlight a few important capabilities of Gamification, managers, and supervisors can know the current standing of a given associate in the whole pack, Skills Metrics, and so on
- Worked with Broadridge BPO to get the requirements relating to building new functionalities in BEES for Internal Metrics
- Worked with Broadridge BPO teams in India & US in the UAT phase and ensured that around 26 clients were onboarded smoothly onto the BEES platform
- Worked with the technical communication team in providing the required data relating to the creation of a video on various functionalities of BEES

- Worked on analyzing the report's data generated by Broadridge BPO sourced from different internal systems like Impact, BPS, Postedge, and Ascendis to ensure that the manual process they are following is automated to the extent possible and show the resultant report on the Portal
- A new database that will have data relating to the fields that are required for preparing the reports of BPO is being built
- This database does not use relational database (RDBMS) concepts however data is stored in XML format
