• Handling the whole Gujrat state’s communication network (OFC Network, RF, ISP links, Network devices) availability of 99% through the network team for SCADA and Business applications uses
• Handling OFC networks through vendor FRT teams and site teams for seamless WTG monitoring and data acquisition in the server
• Managing the projects of ILL & MPLS link installation and SLA Management
• Coordinating with leading ISPs for smooth network operations
• Managing the RF P2P project execution based on network requirements, coordinating with vendors for on-time delivery and maintenance based on SLA terms
• Managing various LAN/WAN network improvement projects by conducting POC at sites and implementing of new network devices through the Network team
• Managing wireless devices (Aruba, CISCO Merakri) installation project at all site offices to provide wireless LAN/WAN access to the site users
• Planning project & assessing progress, identifying the root cause of project delay and close coordination with planning and control discipline, finding issues during the project execution phase, and offering resolutions with a time-bound and measurable approach
• Managing configuration of IEC104\OPC data received from pooling station using, preparing the budget, vendor management, asset management, observing, and cash flow control
• Creating Communication architecture for new projects, offering technical assistance to the team, regularly conducting periodic site audits, and conducting training for the site team
• Developing Standard documents as per management requirements (SOP, SOW, and Technical documents), developing technical & commercial proposals and BOM/BOQ, PR creation, etc
• Conduct periodic training sessions for internal and external customers regarding the functionality and uses of SCADA software and related applications
• Adhering to safety policies as per the HSE department guidelines & and creating a safe environment during work.

• To Support the project team with ongoing project progress, schedule analysis reporting, and forecasting activities in MAST, INC, and NLD
• To Perform strategic analyses on scheduled data throughout the life of orders
• To Attend and support where required Tender Kick-off meetings, Contract Kick-Off meetings, and Baseline Sign-Off Meetings
• I Coordinate with Field Engineers to ensure work is done with quality and safety norms and help them in the documentation work of NOC and HOTO
• I Coordinate with inter-functional departments for quality NOC and HOTO of projects
• I collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager(s), Commercial Department, ROW team, Vendor team, and field Team for smooth project delivery on time
• Preparation and Analysis of daily/weekly/monthly OFC fiber progress reports and follow-ups with the concerned person if required
• Preparation of aging reports, delay analysis reports, and target achievement monitoring
• I Prepare BOM/SOQ of planned work and share it with the concerned for the process for further PR/PO and WO, also responsible for Billing reconciliation, Resource reconciliation, PR issue, and WO v/s billing tracking.

• Completed the OFC laying project of 340 km for the NLD project, and 80 KM for LM (Tower connectivity) assigned to me as per the company’s quality and safety guidelines and Handed Over to O&M
• Completed Trenching (Open Trenching & HDD), Ducting, OFC cable blowing, and splicing and termination work as per norms
• Extensive working knowledge of OTDR, optical power meter (LSPM), splicing machine, and fiber cable locator
• I coordinate with FE to ensure maximum output across CMP
• I Prepare tracker sheets, and DPR, and share reports with the Area manager daily
• I Closely monitored day-to-day progress and developed a strategy to fill up the gaps and implemented the same to achieve the targets as per the plan
• Supported Field Engineers in their HOTO and documentation work i.e., ITP correction, SLD preparation, ABD data preparation, and ABD markup preparation, and maintained the records.
• I have done the documentation of OFC work approximately 3600 KM NLD link and 710 LM's (Tower connectivity) and offered e-HOTO in portal in my tenure.
• Maintaining a good relationship with colleagues and vendors to roll out the timely execution of the project
• Basic working knowledge of GIS.

• OFC network design and Installation in Aerial and underground methods and maintenance of the same
• Wireless device Installation, configuration and maintenance for Wireless network and LAN.
• Server Installation & maintenance (Windows server 2008 r2/2012r2) for the SCADA system
• SCADA Installation and commissioning for Wind Turbines and networking of SCADA Server with a central server for WEC Monitoring and Power Forecasting
• Finding the technical issues in WEC’s PLC and SCADA software for improvement
• Responsible for material management and vendor management

• Maintain fiber optic network. Preps, splice, and terminates fiber optic cable
• Extensive working knowledge of OTDR, Fusion splicing, and other fiber test equipment and active participation in the development of new fiber optic network designs along with wind park design requirements
• OFC network Installation knowledge in Aerial and underground methods, Open trenching Ducting, HDD, and blowing as per standard
• Keep up to date with all operating/ maintenance manuals, checklists, service bulletins, etc
• Maintaining the network availability of 99 %.
