Working with institutional clients group members of Deutsche Bank for Equities, Derivatives and Cash., Motivating & mentoring whole team in order to deliver quality services to client, Adhering to ITIL model and participating in continual process enhancements to reduce the effort, Identifying deficiencies & design oversights in trading systems; resolving immediate concerns, and applying permanent fixes using Shell Script and UNIX Tools to reduce long-term support costs, Resolving environment related issues and providing production systems support in coordination with Development Teams; implementing change requests, creating support documentation, and communicating changes to global teams, Ensuring high-quality solutions are released to trading desks, ops users, and other teams, Conducting code level investigation of the batches & logs to spot trends and underlying issues, Understanding flow of the trades for different kind of Accounts/Securities used for different regions; finding root cause of the order not getting processed further; providing L2 level support; resolving & escalating incidents depending as per the priority, Monitoring connectivity with different markets to make sure real-time pricing and static data available for trading, Analyzing recurring incidents and known errors and initial approach to fix those through problem management processes Global ISG Production & Support Services, Citi Bank, Linux, Oracle/SQL Developer, Autosys, Sybase ASE, Oracle, Support Engineer/Shift Lead, 10, ISG in Citi is a technology unit which gathers data and makes modification, then put in client's database. Within ISG there are number of applications, among which DDI++ and EMC are those application; working with. There are many agents to whom we have to send data and also monitor the management level pages. We have to process the share market data to various downstream, which were connected to the application. There are jobs getting triggered on the timely basics after getting the UNIVEX files ( .csv). Used one of the job scheduler Autosys to work on the jobs., Working as active member of Production Assurance Team; ensuring high availability & connectivity of applications, Providing L2/L3 level of support; monitoring, executing & reporting Autosys jobs, Updating & maintaining wellness dashboard; conducting Root Cause Analysis of problems/incidents with the help of L3 Team, Monitoring & acknowledging Virtual Tickets, SN, Emails & Telephone Calls, Performing workarounds for job failures within the SLA; ensuring that the application is up & running without any service disruption, Executing PROD releases as per the release step mentioned
