Grew from Senior Production Manager to General Manager over 20 year period leading teams of 100-to-500 Engineering and Product Management professionals establishing vision and roadmap, and successfully launching services in IT, Windows, Universal Store, and Azure divisions.

• Hardware Partner Centre enabling collaboration with ~30K independent hardware vendors and IOT manufactures to build, launch, and service device drivers.
• Microsoft Partner Centre enabling ~300K partners to collaborate with Microsoft and generate $60B annualized revenue
• Developed Machine Learning model to predict customer churn and its impact on partner's qualification to meet competency

• Re-designed DB and made performance improvements in the Aircrafts Components inventory system at Boeing Co., Seattle, USA.
