• Design Review with cross-Functional teams & early engagement with Supplier
• Designed strategic plan for component Design practices to support future projects.

• Weight optimization for different Component & Different Sub-System e.g. Bike Frame
• Comminations of different components across all the Model of bikes

• Interacted with project leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and generate and maintain design development documents.
• Prepared, checked and coordinated documentation to support component design and application.
• Created parts for various fabrication methods, including machining, sheet metal fabrication and injection molding.
• Detail Study & validation of Operator Station & ergonomics according to IS-12343
• Introducing side shifter mechanism across all the model for Tractor , Shifter Casting , DMU for Transmission Box
• Supporting Prototyping & Mock-up building activity, in-house as well as out-sourced development , actively participating in DFM Activity
• Taking Preventive & Corrective action related to Prototype assembly, performing RCA for testing failure.
