• Streamlining corporate communication processes to ensure timely delivery of material for 500+ clients. Onboarding of new shops on daily basis & manage DA to verify on same day.
• Directed distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
• Conducting extensive market research to gain insights into consumer behavior for material requirement. Receiving of material in warehouse after QC & expiry date of material.

• Managing a team of 80-110 Delivery Partners directly on a daily basis, attendance to be maintained demand on a daily basis. Conducting classroom/field training & audits at individual level& keeping a strong hold on DE’S. Provide feedback at individual level and conduct weekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.
• Design and roll out of a pay-out structure that motivates and rewards the desired behaviors and performance of delivery executives.
• Perform cost analysis and reporting as well as manage schedules, quality initiatives and process change initiatives.

• Managing in-out and within warehouse movement of material using our technology (Zoom – Tech).
• Planning and executing pickups & deliveries, Taking care of Client coordination & relationship. Continual efforts to make Rivigo a ‘Zero DEPS’ company by reporting and resolving DP (Damage/Pilferage) accurately and on time. Preparing and completing Consignment Notes with 100% accuracy. On-time dispatch and arrival of vehicles.
• Upkeep of the Warehouse infrastructure and assets. Training of the Pilots – Faujis – Vendors – Business partners.
