  • Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems whilst working as Senior System Administrator & DBA for Customer Environment Labs (CEL) - a dedicated 'Support Operations' team that provided hardware and software resources for the entire Oracle Global Customer Support base.

  • Delivered a new virtualization application rolling out to 5000+ employees worldwide. Ensured key features and fundamental requirements were included within the required specification. Worked closely with the development team and key stakeholders of the project, completed QA and UAT and followed through to production.
  • Migrated servers from one virtualization technology to another whilst keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
  • Supported Data Center Engineers for Physical Infrastructure moves from one location to another and to reduce downtime.
