• Serving as trusted advisor for all the people operations tools like Darwinbox HCM, Trinet, Sequoia One for US and Allsec for payroll processing.

HR Analytics : Providing insights to stakeholders using data :

• Leading People Data Dashboard project giving insights to senior business leaders on HR metrics like attrition, DEI, hiring/recruitment stats using Power BI and excel analytics.

• Maker of all payroll inputs, validation and processing of payroll processing along with the Allsec team in India and outsourcing teams across APAC and USA (Seqouia One and Trinet)
• Contributed to compensation benchmarking report by doing groundwork on compa ratio, internal parity.

• Contributed in key projects like performance management & Merit planning.
• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Completed research, compiled data, updated spreadsheets, and produced timely reports including compensation analytics and employee happiness index.
