  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • To supervise and deliver airport operation ensuring an optimum guest experience at all touch points. Support and execute daily shift operation including safety.

  • Ensure airport revenues and optimized and costs and controlled in accordance with Etihad financial policies and procedures. Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
  • Execute and deliver the Etihad vision of world class guest experience deliver on shift through successful implementation of plans, policies and procedures to deliver world class best in class service levels.
  • Deliver and maintain station emergency response plan, disruption planning, diversion and delays and business continuity plans on a shift basis.
  • Since JAN 2017 I am Emergency Response Programme Champion for DEL ETIHAD STATION, where I am responsible for conducting ERP training half yearly with all stake holders, equity partners, GHA, sales and cargo EY team along with AACO members present at DEL airports, and sending and sharing its observations and repots to HUB along with all Indian Sub- Continent stations.
