- I initiated roof gardening in the college campus to offer students a vibrant and hands-on experience as part of an add-on course
- I initiated the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) in this institution and served as its Convener. During my tenure, numerous calendar and driven activities were successfully conducted. As a result of these efforts, the council achieved a star rating in its first cycle.
- I am the Head of the Internal Compliance Committee. During my tenure, I have organized numerous awareness programs on topics such as cybercrime, cyber security, and preventive measures against social issues for girl students, as well as for the teaching and non-teaching women employees of the institution.
