Deputed as a Senior Procurement Buyer (Contract worker) for Aerospace industry to procure parts for production from Global suppliers majorly from USA, Canada, and India.
PR to PO Process such as identifying requirement, Sending RFQ to the fixed vendors / non fixed vendors, Negotiating price, terms and contracts with the suppliers and PO placement.
PO to Pay Process such as Sending weekly OOR to supplier and ensuring the shipment as per need date.
Prioritizing the critical parts from Planner and R&D to identify premature run-outs.
Coordinating with Finance, Quality, Stores and logistics partner to ensure the timely transit and payment.
Coordinating with FQE, Supply Quality and Commodity Manager to ensure the Continuity of the part.
Weekly meeting with the suppliers to close shortages and maintain good relationship.

In charge for Tool procurement and Tool warehouse,responsible to determine the requirement and identify the source of supply.
Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.
Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
Releasing Purchase orders and following up with the suppliers for the material delivery and tracking the shipments for their timely delivery.
Check invoices according to purchase order and provide it to finance department for payments.
Daily review the material in terms of shortages and planned material arrival to meet production needs.
Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
Prepare monthly and daily management reports, and updating documents.
