• Tools used: Teamcenter 11, Vis Mockup, E2KS, GSPAS, AVBOM/FEDEBOM, VPS.
• Performing the creation and maintenance of Virtual Vehicle Line Structure (Process sheet Alignment, BOP to BOM Alignment & Virtual structure creation in TCe).
• Identify and raise non-compliant (to Manufacturing requirement) issues in E2KS system and conduct meetings with PD to resolve it in the stipulated timeline to achieve target compliance for the respective Gateways.
• Process writing in GSPAS during the relevant phases of the program.
• Conduct Virtual Build Events for regional programs to capture build issues and record it in the E2KS system to initiate resolution meetings with respective stake holders post VBE.

• Team Size: 10-15 Members
• Tools used: Teamcenter 10, Vis Mockup, Jack, Process Simulate
• Identifying potential sequence and feasibility issues in the assembly of parts and flag the ME to perform further deep-dive on the issues.
• Perform Dynamic part load with Handling aid/powertool and other facility CAD to replicate the real Plant scenario.
• Run Pre-Virtual Builds with Build leaders and Manufacturing Engineers to identify sequence/assembly related issues prior to the Virtual Build event and flag it to PD.

Simulation Engineer:

• Perform Dynamic and Static simulation to assess if the part complies with the Manufacturing standards
• Standardize processes across different regions to improve efficiency.
• Co-facilitated events of team building or competitions on continuous improvement
• Posses good presentation skills. Successfully expanded business through effective demonstration of process and team capabilities.

• Tools used: Teamcenter 9, Vis Mockup, Process Simulate, ROBCAD (LBS Module)
• Creation of Virtual Manufacturing Environment in Teamcenter Engineering application, which includes the Product, Processes and Resources.
• Validation of the Fixture/Handling aid and Power tool for the final assembly parts.
• Validating the Product sequence of Final assembly Lines such as Engine Build Up, Instrument Panel Build UP, Front and Rear Suspension Build Up, Trim Line, Chassis Line and Final Line.
• Suggesting the changes in Process sheets by evaluating the product geometry and assembly sequence.
• Dynamic Simulation of flow of Product in Final assembly Line in Process Simulate.
