• Dyeing: Complete knowledge in all the wet processing procedures. Having good knowledge in the dyeing of Cotton, Polyamide (Nylon), PES, Viscose Rayon, Cotton and blends with Spandex (Lycra). Experienced in all kinds of dyes and global auxiliaries. Experienced in all kind of latest state of art dyeing and finishing machines such as Thies, Then, Brazzoli, Sclavos, Scholl and Fong’s. Also handled the old technology machines like Long close, AKM and Tong Wu, got hands on experience in Winch dyeing also.
• Finishing: Expertise in Finishing of Teflon finishes, Elastomeric finishes and Nano- finishes. Knowledge in finishes like Resin, Anti-Microbial, Silicon, Bio-Polishing, Wicking, Hydrophobic & Hydrophilic finishes. Good grip on skew, bowing and spirality control apart from shrinkage and GSM. Experienced in installing, handling latest finishing machines such as Santex, Bruckner, Babcock Artos, Monfords Montex, Bianco, Tubetex etc.

• Production Operations
• Monitoring production planning, allocation of resources and costing of the products after due approvals by the buyers of the samples.
• Handling daily production routine in the entire factory both dyeing and finishing. Conducting random online quality inspections to ensure that product quality standards are adhered to at all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Monitoring the production status, procedures & systems followed in production to ensure compliance norms with desired quality and timely delivery of orders. Developing vendor source by identifying, assessing and overseeing on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, cost effectiveness, quality checks and timely deliveries.
• Product Development
• Handling samples and development of products, keeping in mind specifications for textile manufacturing.
• Monitoring product performance & analyzing design defects to effectuate improvements in design at optimized costs.
• Preparing feasibility report and recommending sample modifications based on management and external client requirements.
• Maintenance/Operations
• Setting up plant machineries, utilities and commissioning of dyeing and finishing machines.
• Monitoring, handling and maintaining utilities like WTP, Boiler and ETP. Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
• Quality Assurance
• Well versed in handling colour matching systems like Data Color. All kind of lab machines like Ahiba, Data Color Dispenser (Robotized), Mathis Labomat, Rapid (Beaker and infrared dyeing systems)
• Ensuring compliance of various quality measures and imparting training to all employees. Ensuring quality of the final products in compliance with quality tandards of international level.
• Handling quality of the finished products, waste reduction during manufacturing and reducing the percentage of rejection.
• Client Servicing
• Liaising with the buyers directly or through their buying agents for requirement analysis and for any updates on their orders.
• Ensuring compliance with the order and product specifications laid down by the buyers throughout the manufacturing process and in the final delivery of the product/shipment. Managing relationships with the buyers for building a loyal customer base. Handled customer like UNIQLO, MUJI, UNDER AMOUR, VSS, M&S, Next, Wacoal, Triumph, ect.
