· Reviewing the marketing business plan with the management and creating complete Production Plan, sharing the same with the factory and team.
· Based on the production plan, reviewing with the factory to create the line plan and freeze.
· Sharing the plan with the marketing and the buyer for the sample to bulk garment ex-fty plan and follow-up on regular basis with weekly meeting in the factory.
· Trouble shoot not to the issue just, but go in depth to the root cause of the issue and make sure to avoid the same in the future
· Effectively involved in all the process to manage the account successfully
