Flash Sale System

• Developed a flash sale system(config driven UI) from scratch in 2 weeks for Blibli.com with a team of 2 for a concert in Jakarta and configured a rate limiter and load balancer to help with higher traffic.
• Managed the project by active discussions with cross-collab services like payment, promo team, traffic team., etc.
• The website received a max peak of requests of more than 1 million on the NGINX side and all the tickets (16,500) were sold out in less than 10 minutes.

Logistics

• Led the project to modularize and update old code bases to modern development standards and improving functionality through the implementation of a micro frontend architecture.
• Successfully executed migrations such as React(monolithic) to Vue(micro-frontend) and Webpack to Vite, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies while ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process.
• Implemented Canary deployment setup, significantly reducing deployment risks and providing the flexibility to deploy at any time of the day with minimal impact on customers.
• Developed a library with OpenStreetMap (OSM) and Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem, optimizing route planning for couriers handling multiple shipments. This enhancement streamlined deliveries and significantly improved operational efficiency.
