• A keen planner with 22.11 YEARS of rich and qualitative experience in Project Management, Planning and Execution & Site Management of Structures, Highways and Building Projects. Presently associated with Gawar Construction Limited, for its “Rehabilitation and Up gradation to 2-lane configuration of Kalwahan - Mandi Section (Km.208.950 to 250.592) of NH-70 in the state of Himachal Pradesh under Green National Highways Corridor Project (GNHCP) with the loan assistance of World bank on EPC mode ” as Sr.Project Manager, Highway & Structures . Adept in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects involving method engineering / method statement, development, contract administration, resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies / techniques in compliance with quality standards. Proficient in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters. An out of the box thinker, keen communicator with honed problem solving and analytical abilities.

• Planning: Establishing the time span of project execution. Preparing master schedules for Projects including Development of Comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets and timelines Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings. Evaluating designs; coordinating with client / Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes as required. Conducting the value engineering / value addition analysis, etc.
• Project Management: Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with clients. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. Participating in project meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs.
• Techno Commercial Operations: Preparing technical & commercial offers/proposals, along with handling structural, Highway and Building billing formalities & related documentation. Interfacing between client’s business/technical teams and internal projects team, for facilitating technical interfacing for requirement capturing, building out specifications & scoping of projects. Facilitating order execution & handling entire business cycle from quotation to completion.
