• Working in a Gravure Coating Machine to produce PVC/PVDC film, PVC/PE/PVDC film, Machine Make KUSTERS CALICO.
• Working in lamination machine to produce PVC/PE laminates, PVC/ACLAR laminates. Machine Make EXPERT BANGLORE
• Working in Slitting Machine.
• Working in Planning Department.
• Working in inspection department to inspection of coating jumbo roll.
• Working in SAP Systems.
• Reporting to the production manager, DGM Operations, and Vice President.
• Raised slitting production from initial 120 MT per month dispatch to present 1200 MT. per month dispatch.
• Established system to get consistence achievement of above 98% compliance of dispatches with in customers specified time.
• Review daily production report, Regular communication with Sub-ordinates to motivate them for team working.
