● Work on Elixir, OS Ticket and BMC Remedy Tracking Tool for open, Track, Re-Open & Close the IT Ticket.
● Create & Modify CI (Configuration Item) through Asset Management Tool.
● Experience with Excel, Asset Management Tools preferred.
● Maintain the internal Asset Management system.
● Asset Movement internal and between too locations.
● Coordinating with the purchase division for new assets.
● Process defective Assets returns to the vendors
● Maintain Daily report & Monthly report.
● Vendor Management for the IT Assets procurement and Service Management.
● Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approvals process.
● Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
● Review, update and maintain purchase orders until they are closed.
● Manage Documents of all the Invoices, PO copies, Bond details of each Asset.
● Handling queries from vendors with respect to delivery of assets.
● Responsible for queries from Audit with respect to process of movement & disposal.
● Works on Asset Manager Tool for managing of all IT assets.
● Checking availability of Inventorial IT assets in CMDB/ GAM (Configuration Management Database), (Global Asset Management) & locality of IT stores.
● Coordination with Procurement team for release of PO's
● Facilitating all internal & external audits of IT Assets & S/Ws.
● Coordinating with GLT team for De-bonding of Assets & upon requests

● Inventory manage & regular update (Laptop, Desktop, monitor, server, Network assets. etc.)
● IT Clearance as per mail received from HR.
● Checking availability of Assets as per Request in IT Stores of PAN India.
