Trigger and Businessrule: Implemented a trigger mechanism that runs configured automation actions when a specific action is taken on an entity and the entity meets the pre-configured rule condition.

Integration: Integrated ServiceDeskPlus Cloud with external products like Zapier and Power Automate.

Automation Execution using Kafka: Automations like trigger consume more time to execute which reduces the performance of overall product as more threads will be occupied for this execution. To overcome this, we have implemented execution of triggers using Kafka.

Sandbox: Test Environment with clone of Production account with all configurations where our new implementations or configuration changes can be tested effectively and deployed to the production instance.

• Implemented new features in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud modules.
• Integrated ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with other internal systems and applications for seamless data exchange.
