Highlight - Successfully restructuring the entire Cloud Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and WIKI. Introduced clarity and optimized accessibility while conducting thorough examinations of each service and its related information to ensure accuracy and relevance. Additionally, Introduced enhanced information significant to service operations and implemented word-by-word simplification to optimize content clarity and understanding. Furthermore, conducted detailed assessments of deprecated content to maintain SOP integrity. Key Responsibilities included collaborating with each service's POCs to gain insights into processes, formulating SOP’s accordingly and facilitating stakeholder engagement for thorough review and approval processes. Scope of my work involved streamlining content to enhance usability for the entire support team. Impact of these efforts enabled easy access to critical information, benefiting over 650 support representatives, while significantly reducing case handling time and SOP access time resulting in around 700 hours of operation time saved per month. Ultimately, these improvements resulted in enhanced operations and efficiency in case resolution.
