- Ensuring IATF and VDA guidelines are maintained for new project development, new supplier selection.
- Coordinating with Supplier Quality Team to ensure quality with on time Delivery as per APQP Considering the Project Time line.
- Conducting weekly review meetings with team to ensure all targets/schedules are met on time.
- Executed global procurement of new and regular requirements from countries such as China, Taiwan and Italy based on product needs, budget, cost, quality, and packaging.
- Developing risk mitigation strategies including contingency plans, Costing for all child parts and setting target for suppliers as per product BOM.
