• Purchase Order Execution & follow up- Responsible for Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending & following up the same to suppliers & subcontractors. Proactive updates to user on delivery/ services to meet project deadlines. Responsible for timely supply of BOM Items in line with production schedule. Coordinating with production planning to meet customer priorities.
• RFQ Process- Responsible for RFQ Process & handling it independently. Cost estimation, quotation comparison & selection. Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating the prices & other terms & conditions.
• Vendor & Interdepartmental Relations – Collaboration in transactions & conduct with suppliers with integrity & professionalism. Department Coordination & Inter Departmental Relations.
• Purchase Management Releasing monthly schedules, Procurement of semifinished Materials, Spares & Packaging Material. Renewing contracts within due date
• Interaction with our product Quality control, R&D, Engineering Dept and collecting feedbacks for vendor / product quality improvement
• Storage management Exposure in Maintain Materials storage, locations, FIFO as per requirements. Interaction with the stores and collecting indent time to time as per requirement. (Packing Materials, Raw materials)
• Finance Aspect Interaction with, Finance& Accounts Dept release the payment to the vendors as per supply terms. Obtaining payment details from Finance and reconciling with vendors. Liaison with finance team and ensure timely release of payments.
