• This project is for Infinitus (US Medical Billing and Insurance).
• Acted as a liaison between executives and other departments or teams involved in the project.
• I reached out to the patient's insurance provider to confirm coverage.
• I checked the medical coverage of the patients, as per the insurance plan they have, and confirmed whether the prescribed drug is covered under the patient's policy.
• If, in case, the drug is not covered under the patient's plan, I do check for other alternatives that the patient can use under the insurance policy.

I am part of the Fraud Specialization Team with J.P. Morgan & Chase Bank.

• I work hand in hand with the customers and their personal bankers to ensure their account safety.
• I file claims for unauthorized transactions.
• Performed data analysis to identify patterns or trends indicative of potential fraudulent activity.
• Investigated and analyzed complex financial transactions for evidence of fraud.
• Reviewed customer accounts, documents and electronic records to detect suspicious activities.

This is for Expedia (UK).

• Assisted with booking flights, hotels, rental cars and other reservations through GDS (Global Distribution System) and Expedia.
• Assisted in making changes as per the policy of the original reservation.
• Assisted with any scheduled change (due to weather, international issues, airlines, or vendor cancellation).
• I solved any pre- or post-travel issues.
• Researched and compared different travel packages to ensure the best value for customers' money.
