Voyage is a Customer care app used by cricket to resolve customer queries and Customer Order Product queries keeping 360 view across all touchpoints to provide single call resolution.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Worked on Amdocs CRM,OMS and other retail frontend testing
• Designed High Level Scenarios and Uploaded them on Zephyr
• Executed Test Cases for various CHQ(Customer has query ) and COP (Customer Order Product) flows and functionalities for E2E testing
• Worked with developers to resolve and fix the issues found during the testing
• Experience in defect management, handling & triaging multiple severity 1 and severity 2 defects thru JIRA and iTrack.
• Exposure of Ad-hoc ,Exploratory Testing and API testing with Postman and SOAP UI.
• Understanding of IT(Telecom) Domain which include Billing , Account Receivables, Payments and Collections
• Also worked closely with Business Analyst and Product owner to understand their responsibilities which include Requirement Gathering , Order Management System and Raising risks in timely manner .

Description: Guenstiger India (formerly known as Wize Commerce India Pvt Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary of guenstiger.de GmbH a leading provider of technology-driven e-commerce marketing solutions, connecting large brands and retailers to consumers in german and hungarian market.

Role and Responsibility :

• Responsible for entire product QA including their web,mobile and app versions.
• Responsible in Designing Test Cases , Execution and defect reporting thru JIRA.
• Creating new user stories as per the requirement along with bug and defect reporting with acceptance Criteria.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities , documenting and tracking bugs
• Involved in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Scrum Meetings, Retrospective meetings.
• Used analytical skills for Data Analysis of conversion rate issues affecting CPC .
• Responsible for negative testing with the intent to find corner cases and backend troubleshooting.
• Responsible for build Rollouts and rollback on Live servers and post deployment testing .
• Organized walk through and Knowledge Transfer Sessions for new members in the team
• Introductory exposure of SEO QA after websites redesign
• Involved in smoke, Sanity, Regression, Ad-hoc ,Functional, Integration , UI testing .

Project: Security and Intrusion

From basic security functions to full home automation control Alarm-Net options to work with your new or existing Honeywell Panels Like hardwired Vista Series , Lynx Touch, Lynx Plus, Wireless Series , Tuxedos to control Door sensors, Motion Detectors ,IP Camera and various devices.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assisted customers with product needs and introduced new store offerings.
• Mostly involved in testing of hardware applications.
• Responsible for assisting installers for GSM alarmnet, radios registration, modules that control IP cameras, modules to sink it with WAP,
