• Prepare complete site bill of work for building projects.

• Preparing part RA Bills of project in BOQ mode .

• Preparing and checking Running Account bills and quantities in IS code of measurement.

• Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the company guidelines.

• Rate analysis of extra items not mentioned in the bill of quantity.

• Sub-contractors bill checking and bill preparation.

• Preparing daily progress report and monthly progress report.

• Communication and collaboration with consultant and client for client billing.

• Bar Bending Schedule Preparation.

• Site visit and measurement checking.

• Preparing reconciliation reports of all building materials.

• Prepared and maintaining documentation of estimates and cost data.

• Prepared revised estimation in various projects.

• Leveraged estimating tools and quotes from vendors to develop cost estimates and lead times for proposals.
• Increased project efficiency by developing accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
