• Be a part of the release process and ensure that quality releases are given to the customer
• Help speed up regression cycles by identifying areas of automation opportunities
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Code Selenium Web driver automation tests

2. Debugging Issues

• Carefully analyzing the problems to identify the client or server-side issues
• Reproducing customer issues
• Analyzing product logs
• Report bugs and errors to development teams

3. Requirement Analysis

• Understanding new customer requested features
• Analyzing the requirement and categorizing based on process aligned
• Appropriately communicate to the development team on the requirement
• Help troubleshoot issues
