RPA Business Analyst & Scrum Master.

• Conduct a detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation, assess the feasibility of RPA solutions, and document business requirements.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective communication, alignment, and continuous improvement.

• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues that may impact the success of RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal team performance.
• Monitor the performance of RPA bots post-deployment, track operational KPIs, and work with the development team to optimize processes, and resolve any inefficiencies.

IAM Business Analyst:
