• I am responsible for defining a compelling Product vision and inspiring a team with expert insight to enable it
• I ensure that more user value is created from the Petex IPSM Suite, Apergy XPOC, and other PT/PC products, that in turn should drive greater commercial value for Shell
• My team encompasses different functional groups like Architect, IRM, Support, C&P, Finance, Legal (for Contract Negotiation with Vendor), Requisitions (for SOW, PO, Invoice), VAR review team, Business focal.
• Managed Projects/Programs of high Budget value ranging from $5M to $13.5M (Multi-year Program).
• Directed planning and budgeting efforts.

• Key Functionality: Developing the best in class payment solution (digital wallet)

Responsibilities Include:

• Involved in strategic decisions, working closely with Business, CEO and CTO of Jio Money
• Track end to end delivery (from initiation to release to production) of entire Jio Money software solution program using Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Ensure usage of various Scrum Practices like Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement
• Collaborated with department heads to establish goals and work plans.
• Administered operating budget, approved expenditures and implemented budgetary adjustments.
