• In my current facility & project management role, i have worked on multiple assignments over 13 years in global & regional real estate and facility management and was responsible for end-to-end facilities operations and development plan for 3x services across INDIA, APAC & EMEA region.
• Had been part of client's core project design and execution team for delivering top quality LEED Platinum rated office space in Bangalore for 365000 sft which includes R&D labs / Datacentre with massive power and cooling infrastructure supporting 1200 IT racks of various power capacities upto 40kW per rack.
• Currently managing a portfolio of >1.5 million sft, and responsible for managing operational budget over $8 million per year.
• Streamlined financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing, resulting in improved financial performance for managed services at client offices including remote locations across APAC & EMEA
• Towards sustainability, have been one of the early adaptors for sourcing renewable energy through open access to save energy cost and offset carbon footprint for the client space in Bangalore. Approx. 80 million units consumed per annum are currently being sourced through various renewable energy projects resulting in cost savings of $4.3 million per year.
• Responsible for identifying renewable power projects, conducting feasibility study, and signing power purchase agreements with various suppliers and managing power allocation time to time as per agreement. I was also instrumental and played a key role in identifying and setting up a dedicated 14MW Captive Solar power project for the client to showcase the brand value and commitment towards sustainability.
• Currently been part of clients global ESG committee to implement and drive sustainable initiatives to meet clients' organizations goals towards carbon neutral by 2025. Implemented various Encon and Environmental initiatives through efficient energy management, water management and waste management program.
• Managed renovations and capital improvement projects, overseeing contractors and ensuring work was completed within budget and on schedule. Implemented efficient maintenance and repair protocols, resulting in reduced downtime and increased client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience working in various contract models, devised strategies to meet dynamic client requirements and the need arising time to time to meet business financial goals thru standardization of services and implementing various cost control measures across all managed services.
• I have been part of clients National Emergency strategy committee for Business Continuity Management and successfully led and guided the facilities operations and maintenance team during business-critical scenarios to restore equipments quickly and to mitigate major business impacts during flooding and long-term power outages due to external factors.

• Worked as a Chief engineer leading a large facility maintenance team responsible for Engineering & Maintenance operations for a client facility of 1.8 million sft.

• As Senior project engineer in this role have managed and executed various power and industrial projects in Government and private sectors. Have worked with major renowned power corporations, EPC's, and consultants like NTPC, NHPC, KPCL, NPC, GEC, TPL, EIL, ALSTOM, LLYODS, L&T etc. I was responsible for design engineering, execution, installation and commissioning of Electrical HT and LT works for industries like Steel plants, Diary, Sugar industries and power projects like Thermal, Hydro and Nuclear power projects all over India and abroad.

• ·Worked as Maintenance Engineer in 100% export oriented unit, a premier manufacturers & exporters of leather goods (KH Group of companies)
• Responsibility involves, planning and implementation of general/preventive maintenance for all Imported Hydraulic machines, pneumatic systems processes and assembly lines, including electrical & mechanical installations
