Primary Duties

• Transcription of audio files
• Evaluating the accuracy of responses produced by AI models.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and risk management protocols while evaluating the relevance and accuracy of responses.
• Privacy protection.
• Scheduling and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines.
• Identifying challenges and obstacles that arise in the job and finding effective solutions to overcome them.
• Ensuring that the work produced meets the specified quality standards and follows established protocols.

Primary Duties

• Facilitating flow of information between different stakeholders (Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses)

• Addressing any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight leaving the FC and reaching customer premises.

• Providing timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions.

• Provide real-time customer experience by working in 24*7 operating environment.

• Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).

• Understanding the business impact of the trends and making decisions based on available data.

• Verification of the transcribed files to avoid any errors.

• Text Annotation

• Prioritising our clients' request and ensuring their business requirements are met on time.

• Maintain subject matter expertise specific to the job function.

• Reporting key trends to the Mangers and share critical insights for further deep dive.

• Conducting calibration sessions to solve issues and estimate deviations and identify defects.

• Conducting meetings regarding updates and process changes.
