• Strong Knowledge of oil piping as per ASME design standards, Oil Analysis as per NAS, SAE, and ISO standards, Lubrication System Design as per IS & API Standards, Fabrication Knowledge as per ASME, and Handling experience of critical projects executed for oil lubrication, oil analysis for application for heavy industries, oil&gas, etc.
• Expert in Engineering Calculation related to piping, selection of components like pumping units, instrumentation like transmitters, analyzers, sensors, and inquiry preparation including technical data sheets for requirements clearly, material standards along with manufacturing knowledge
• Experience in applying customer value propositions, knowledge in various segments like Metals, Cement, Power, Pulp & Paper, Wind energy, Machine Tools, Minings, general machinery, and Oil & Gas
• Ability to present client need analysis reports, conduct site audits, and assessment audits, and promote products along with strong project management skills.

Additional Knowledge in Proposal Engineering

• Conducting customer Site audits, site assessments, Plant audits, and Lubrication Systems condition audits to capture inputs for the preparation of proposals
• preparation of technical Proposal including P&ID, SLD, Calculation and cost estimation
• Arrange supplier technocommercial offers based on requirement with building enquiry specification / data sheets required for to get quotes from suppliers with preparation of PPAP & QAP
• providing technical Clarification to customers, Consultants and Suppliers with handling projects smoothly
• Conduct reviews including Design review, monitor and control quality of the outputs with preparing DFMEA and deliverables and PLM and provide feedback to the team to participating Pre order, handovering to manufacturing and production meetings.
• Preparation of technical LOA, Support sales team for the project execution / handing over to customer
• Technical closure of Proposal with customer / consultants
• Evaluation of Technical risks and preparation of mitigation Plan. Tracking and support function team
• Coordination with stake holders like procurement team, Sales, Engineering, Project management, Site Engineers, Quality managers and Global network for respective cost inputs for proposal scope & services
• Deliver Projects to improve the overall (Quality, Cost & Delivery), Performance of the customer solutions & Business
• Foucs on imnprove, maintain and develop new solutions to capture new business, new customer and take more challanges to position company as preffered partner in the industries
• Focus on further develop & expand the scope , customer solutions offering as a good technical leader
