- Acquisition and Onboarding : Developed a system named Balancer and Optimizer to efficiently manage supply across lanes. The Balancer identifies lanes with a supply deficit, while the Optimizer uses score logic to recommend the best supply options, resulting in a 50% reduction in deficit lanes from 66% to 33% current.
- Pricing : Led a project to identify pricing from rate cards provided by fleet operators for various lanes. Analyzed deviations from lane placement data and developed logic to set prices for 65% of lanes during the initial expansion phase, resulting in improved placement percentage from 15% to 35% and consigner engagement.
- Marketplace Expansion : Contributed to identifying major clusters in India using GPS and GST data. Developed an expansion plan for the business team, optimizing the selection of locations for maximum impact. Currently we have expanded for 3 new cities after NCR.
- FO Profiling : Initiated a project to profile fleet owners as good or bad based on a scoring system. The score evaluates app engagement before and after placement, business conduct, and adherence to consigner expectations during trips. This approach helped identify and prioritize good operators, reducing the bad trip percentage from 13% to 8%.
- Data & Reporting Optimization: Developed ETLs to streamline data extraction by replacing multiple raw tables with a few aggregated ones. Also implemented automated emails for centralized visualization of key metrics, ensuring stakeholders have critical insights for informed decision-making.
- Event Health : Enhanced the organization's event structure by ensuring event sanity—from defining events to releasing them into production and capturing them in Metabase tables. This approach reduced BigQuery extraction costs and enabled the creation of DAU, WAU, and MAU funnels using event data.
