• Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. PLM Administration

• Create Enovia V6 environments for different releases of V6R2013x on windows.
• Daily management of multiple Enovia environments (Test-Dev / Acceptance / Production).
• Release management (FP) for Enovia environments and Clients (CATIA) in collaboration with end-users support team.
• Configuration of Enovia environment through Business / Matrix / System as per BA.
• Perform tasks as testing of the customized environments.

2 .PLM support

• Communicating and coordinating with users and different level of supports of any issues related with CAD application (CATIA) and PLM (Enovia V6 2013x).
• Working towards reporting and resolution of the bugs.
• Reproducing the issues, provide solutions if feasible or else communicate the issue to DS through SR’s (Bug reporting).
• Provide necessary information ,traces, as and when required to DS Support.
• Create support training presentation and deliver training to the 1st level of support for Enovia / CATIA, and to the CATIA users on BPM central, Eng central topics.
• Assist CAD engineers in the migration of the data from V5 to V6, migration of the data, tests, issues’ resolution.
• Creating technical training presentations and deliver training to the end-users.

• Worked as a Quality Analyst Engineer for Manual and Automated projects on ENOVIA V6 and CATIA V6.
  Generating High level test plans.
  Functional testing of different domains of ENOVIA and CATIA.
