Project: Deployments of Energy management systems

• Providing software installation, commissioning and configuration support for on-premises EMS of green field projects as per customer requirements.
• Providing configuration support for Cloud-based EMS and additional requirements for brownfield projects.
• Providing solutions, support for EMS, connected products and communication related complaints and queries in the Zoho Platform ticketing Method.
• Provide consultation to site engineers for installation of IOT based energy monitoring devices, gateways, converters.
• Coordinating with R&D software testing and development teams for EMS customization.
• Proving inputs to improve/simplify the software for software development teams.
• Provide operational support and analysis of the energy data and conduct fault diagnosis for SCADA Software.
• Creating a Knowledge Base to help field support engineers to resolve the issues at the sites.
• Technically assisting end customer, panel builder, field support engineers on energy meters, earth leakage meters, automatic change controller , automatic Transfer switch, I/O products.

• Support in maintenance of communication links used in satellite operations and data transfers.
• Daily basis tracking of OFC links and coordinating with vendor for fixing is breakage observed.
• Maintenance of EPABX system.
