Analyzing spend data for commodities to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Understanding requirements, preparing a potential supplier list, and floating RFI/RFQ to suppliers, following up, and collecting quotes from different suppliers for evaluation.
Placing a PO based on the agreement by buyers, validating the price, performance, payment terms, and PO details.
Responsible for building the competency of the new joiners and existing team members by training and mentoring them on a regular basis on the process.
Managing supplier portal access for suppliers also includes key applications for AP and IPS.
Managing SAP Ariba processes, including raising PRs and approving POs for IPS.
Providing support to the global team by assisting with reports in SAP Ariba.
Helping the Global Purchasing team in leading segmentation classification for OHDP.
Leading Supplier Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) for Global Indirect Purchasing.
Managed the end-to-end PO cycle from requisition to goods receipt in the plant.
Reviewed purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Investigated discrepancies between actual shipments received versus what was ordered from the supplier.
