Automation Team Lead -

Responsible to deliver the planned stories and spikes planned in the sprint.

• Sprint planning - Create and assign tasks to all members in team in every 2 week sprint cycle with jira stories, lead Automation meetings everyday and successfully maintained jira sanctity with timely story status updating.
• Sole contact for SAT, TITAN, ROBOT Automation frameworks within team.
• Worked on technologies like Data protection, vmware virtualization, Kubernetes, micro services and Cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE and GCP.
• Operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases and well-organized sprints.
• New joiners Onboarding plans, Product in depth introduction and Introduction to Automation code coverage, libraries, automation workflow, new code addition, code check-ins, team sprint planning, etc.
• Lead Hackathon and innovation sprints for team with consistent results.

Responsibility as a PO:

• Groom Epics: Work with multiple stake holders (Architects, Distinguished Engineers and different Engineering teams) and understand Data, Architecture to evaluate for any improvement in product.
• · Deep dive and collate on data accrued from different sources to find architectural upgrade and implementation opportunities, competitor implementation analysis to come with better processes to add on value to products, work on publishing write papers and eventually file for patents.
• Reviewed plans, documents, and related materials to assess projected actions and advise on changes

Innovation Lead:

• Have filled a total of 28 patents in US, 4 each in China and EU of which total of 20 patents are granted..
• Mentored junior/senior engineers in best practices for problem-solving, fostering professional growth and development within the team

• Analysis of Logical Architecture
• Liaising with stakeholders for the requirements and coordinating with Technology & Management Teams
• Analyze Data, suggest different approaches, implement, test implementation and finally present tool to senior management for using same
• Achievements: Received recognition for saving 28 hrs of manual work for week in process
• Tools used: Excel Macros, Scripts, Adobe PDF analyzed, enterprise financial software.

Aircel (Second Project):

• Revenue assurance (RA Team) Team size: 5
• Responsibilities:
• Performed Data analysis for all revenue impacting activities in telecom workflow with average data line of 10 million every week
• Reports generated across different stages like HLR, IN, MSC, CMSC, BILLING were analyzed to find out loopholes and detect any revenue losses on weekly basis
• Automating critical activities by writing scripts using Oracle/SQL
• Average revenue loss found per month was approximately Rs 0.10 million dollars which resulted in client satisfaction and appreciation
• Liaising with numerous stakeholders of process in order to effectively resolve issues, including PRETUPS, Moneta, IN, CSD, Switch, Finance teams & all the other Vendors
• Completion of Product Go-Ahead approvals & ensuring successful UATs for the same
• Handling key overnight Network Migrations
• Achievements: Received appreciations for identifying and resolving critical technological glitch that in turn resulted in closure of issues for multiple revenue assurance teams across India and preventing very high potential revenue loss to client
