Worked in Assemble division of ATQ METRO, where I was responsible for assembling Vision Measuring Machine i.e. doing the calibration, dialing, tuning of machine so that we could achieve accuracy of 2 microns on master piece.
Worked in application department, where I was responsible for training customer on vision measuring software, Worked on both 2D and 3D software of VMM.
Involved in prove out process of machine I.e. Analyzing the customer product and suggesting suitable product for customer by satisfying CTQ parameters.
First article inspection of component, using all GD&T parameters on Renishaw probing systems at customer end. And demonstration activity for customer to help in sales of machine.
Attended 10 Exhibitions every year as application engineer for proving accuracy and repeatability of machine.
Responsible for Kaizen activities in Assemble division, to increase productivity and maintain quality of machine.
Did inspection of precision machined components, rubber, plastics, Die and mold components for Multiple MNC customers.
Worked in West region sales department as Technical sales engineer completing individual target 4 Crores for financial year 24-25.
