• Led a close-out audit for a Fortune 10 company with a total construction cost of $90 million by analyzing Payment Applications, Job Cost Report, to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and determined an overbilling of $1 million.
• Performed comprehensive testing on labor, material, and rental equipment costs for the construction manager and subcontractors for a global food corporation plant. Identified an overbilling of $600,000 and made process recommendations for elimination using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Dispute Consulting

• Performed analysis by assessing submissions and calculations from both parties, following up on questions, and preparing a determination letter with the arbitrator’s binding decision.

• Research on the various verticals in Fin-tech based on their taxonomy using Tracxn and also compute transaction
  multiples to further analyze companies based on their business model.
  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements and provide financial due diligence assistance.
  • Identify different cost and growth drivers, revenue models, content and marketing strategy for OTT Platforms.
