- Worked as Analyst creating reports & managing knowledge via the ServiceNow & SharePoint.
- Technologies Used: Service Now, Azure DevOps (Basic), UAT, Sharepoint Pages creation and Sharepoint Management, Power Automate.
- Maintaining Chat bot by training it with updated list of Q/A content provided by specialists.
- Deployment of content from dev to prod over Azure DevOps pipelines under manager's supervision. Perform UAT for Chat bot responses.
- Automation of knowledge approval and Crawler management using Power Automate.
Project: Tech Ops
- Worked as Power BI Specialist which involved creating Power BI dashboards to Support Teams as well as to HR Teams.
- Technologies Used: Power BI, Excel, Power BI Service, SQL, DAX Querying
- For HR Teams, created dashboards to track percentages of employees based on leaves and attendance.
- For Support Teams, created dashboards & reports, to identify and manage trends of high incoming volumes, tracking DSAT, VSAT, NSAT, and KPIs along with a lot of helpful insights based on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data hosted on Excel online trackers.
- Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and data.
- Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders using Power BI and publishing reports on Power BI Service.
