Project MarTech Transformation

• In the MarTech transformation program, we transitioned to the Salesforce application to track end-to-end customer digital transactions. I led the creation of the test approach, optimized the testing process throughout the program, and provided sprint-wise reports to the management team.
• I worked with Data Cloud to validate data streams, data modeling, and data transformation/segmentation for the capabilities. Additionally, I used Marketing Cloud to create customer journeys based on defined goals and requirements.
• As part of process improvement, we developed a checklist for production sanity testing, ensuring it was updated whenever new capabilities were introduced. I also created metrics and dashboards to define the workload, track bugs, and measure testing efforts in each sprint.
• During PI planning, I contributed by providing accurate testing estimates and identifying potential risks for each story.
• I validated databases in Amazon S3, managed third-party data interactions, and oversaw how data flows from S3 to Salesforce, as well as to other databases like Veeva and Reltio. • I also have experience using Postman to trigger SnapLogic JSON requests for posting or updating data in the database
• Collaborating with the business team, I helped design potential test scenarios for UAT and executed these tests with the business team.
• Recognized catalyst award by the director and scrum team for delivering seamless end-to-end testing on time.
• Identified repetitive tasks and coordinated with the automation team to convert the regression or sanity suite into automated test scripts.
• Conducted root cause analysis on defects discovered during testing, enabling quick resolution and minimizing risk of future occurrences.

Project: Open Digital

• I have coordinated and managed four internal project teams within the Open Digital project, overseeing task assignments, coordinating reviews, tracking processes, and escalating concerns to senior management.
• I have facilitated knowledge-sharing sessions for new team members and participated in cross-domain testing training across other projects.
• I have been responsible for sending daily status updates and defect tracking reports to stakeholders and performing root cause analysis for production bugs.
• I developed dashboards to track monthly metric trends, which are shared with senior management.
• I possess experience across all phases of testing, including AEM component testing, UI, regression, compatibility, sanity, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Active participation in scrum, retrospectives, and review meetings has been integral to my role, where I provide critical testing insights.
• I have played a key role in site delivery launches, contributing to triage and hyper-care calls post-launch. I have also participated in demo meetings to showcase functionalities and testing flows to business stakeholders.

· Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Proficient in the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and experienced with JIRA for defect tracking.

· Skilled in analyzing user requirements, documenting test plans, and executing test cases to validate application functionality against business requirements.

· Experienced in both Manual and Automated testing, with proficiency in tools like Selenium WebDriver/IDE and TestNG.

· Hands-on experience in implementing the Page Object Model design pattern.

· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges and learn continuously.

· Well-versed in all phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle, with particular expertise in Integration, Functional, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Smoke Testing, and Zero Defect Testing (ZDT).

· Solid experience in creating web content pages using Adobe Experience Management (AEM).

Client : CBRE

• Execution of Test Cases and reporting bugs with proper details and tracking the issues regularly till closure.
