Project Overview : The Chevron ADM Law Managed Service Provider (MSP) project is an IT services engagement where LTI Mindtree delivers application development and maintenance (ADM) services for Chevron's legal and compliance functions. The scope includes developing and supporting legal applications, maintaining legacy systems, integrating modern platforms, and managing IT operations under defined SLAs.

• Led Agile ceremonies and coached teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adherence to Scrum practices
• Managed Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and performance tracking

The project focused on delivering enhancements and validating RMC's backup, restore, and replication capabilities across hybrid storage environments using Agile methodologies.

• Managing enhancement work, upgrade work along with agile initiatives, agile mentoring, and defining organizational agile processes.
• Conducting agile ceremonies, preparing status reports, and handling project management tasks.
• Collecting and reporting agile metrics.
• Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, feedback meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Removing impediments to team progress.
• Successfully managing the Work in Progress (WIP).

Project Overview : HPE Recovery Manager Central (RMC) is a backup and recovery solution that integrates HPE storage arrays with StoreOnce systems. The project focused on validating and enhancing RMC's backup, restore, and replication features across hybrid environments.
