Role and Responsibilities:

• Kept detailed records of project progress and budgets.
• Trained employees on safety and project procedures.
• Responsible for Vehicle mounting condition checking.
• Prepare PRS as per MCP/MDS
• Prepare prototype PQCT and PQCS at development stage.
• Prepare Micro plan for new projects
• Perform process and product validation
• Responsible for line shifting
• Responsible for line balancing as per customer Takt time
• Prepare APQP , PPAP document submission at initial stage
• Prepare Master Sample, Kakatora sheets, sample validation sheet
• Conduct PPVT,LVPT and HVPT trial, QAV Audit before line shifting at remote locations
• Prepare OGS /Work Instruction for new projects.
• Prepare manufacturing/ assembly line layout plans
• Prepare PFMEA [VDA}
• Design process layout, process mapping for new projects
• Responsible for process improvement(POKA-YOKE IMPLEMENTATION)
• Responsible for line facility planning (Capacity calculation).
• Responsible for Assembly line readiness
• Performed analysis on switch assembly technical designs and prototypes in development stage.
