Project Name- DIAGEO

Project Description -To Provide digital platform for liquor retail companies. It provides assistance in launching and setting up the digital presence for its clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading major project that operates in more than 180 countries and produces in more than 140 sites around the world
• End to end project management including delivery, quality, efforts, schedule, cost, budget, risk and stakeholder management
• Leading Code Review activities to improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.
• Handling Laravel and Drupal upgrades for project
• Generate and execute onboarding, trainings, KT and skill building plans for New joiners
• Host weekly status meetings with clients and proactively track, plan, and report on implementation progress.

• POC to finalize suitable Drupal modules and solution approach for headless Drupal integration with SharePoint and other requirements which is accepted as finalized Solution at Unit Level.
