- Focus on New Products and customers through addressing and providing the best and optimal offer for new enquiries for customers thereby maintaining the required volume & contribution, interacting with NPD team with respect to enquiries on New Products and feasibility of Production, offering customer the best and optimal offer for new enquiries in order to Build a Solid Customer Base
- Handle Customer Issue Resolution through regular interaction with MET & Quality function required Process Improvements in order to build Customer Delight
- Design and develop the new business in new markets and regions through customers’ requirements for improving the business in existing product line
- Receiving PPAP approval and clarify the complaints to meet the clients requirements
- Coordinate with customer on regular basis and get order receipt based on budgeted and forecasted volume
