Reconciliation of accounts and preparing post recon reports on daily basis with in daily SLA.
Responsible for verifying Cash and position transactions and posting entries into portfolio accounting system.
Pricing validation, updating and security analysis using Bloomberg, Morning Star etc.
Working knowledge of handling financial/ capital/ equity market instruments.
Reporting unreconciled accounts to concern teams with identified reasons, error and feed issues and suggesting solutions.
Ensuring integrity, completeness in client's report, timely delivery of work and providing regular updates to all stakeholders and clients through US counterparts.
Coordinate with relevant departments and US teams to get clarification and details about financial data and transactions.
Providing technical support to clients and US counterparts Quarterly Performance Report verification, analysis and reporting.
Suggesting Lean & Automation Ideas for the process.
Handling incoming Services Request and mail queries from both internal and external teams.
Train and mentor new hires on various process/ activities and act as SME.
Assist and support team in daily as well as weekly quality check (QC)reviews.
