• Prepared FDD, CDD, and OSD based on finalized requirements.
• Performed SIT1 and SIT2 for various business scenarios with the team.
• Conducted UAT with the business and provided user manuals.
• Executed Cutover using SAP LTMC templates for materials and customers.
• Achieved Go-Live as scheduled and contributed to the Hyper-care phase.

Project :- SAP S/4 HANA 1809 Support -Alicon Castalloy

• Served as an on-site OTC consultant during the post-Go-Live phase.
• Assisted users with business process execution and troubleshooting.
• Handled new requirements and enhancements.
• Facilitated effective collaboration between the client and cross-functional teams.
