Role: SAP SD Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Working as an SAP SD functional consultant for a third-party team at the client location in Pune, and having over 4+ years of experience in SAP ECC in Sales and Distribution.

• Good hands-on experience in the order-to-cash process and integration of SD and MM as a functional consultant, along with knowledge of business processes such as Make to Order, Third Party Order, and Return Process, and experience in enhancing interfaces for enabling order creation in SAP.

• Working on all kinds of priority tickets, setting up bridge calls, prioritizing tasks/tickets, daily monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Also, working on reorganizational structure hierarchy things, and did SAP configurations as per business requirements.

• Worked on custom requirements per country in various modules, as per requirement, and troubleshooting complex problems while finding a feasible solution.

• Knowledge to set up Marketplace order creation and invoicing in SAP for B2B and B2C processes.

• Setting up the enterprise structure, pricing, accounting key, and other baseline configuration.

• Organize a training session for the super user, and prepare a knowledge transfer document.

• I worked as a CMT Mapping team member and conducted software analysis, programming, testing, and auditing.

• Executed specific people programs on coaching, development, and team engagement.

• Analyzed data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, and driving and influencing decisions.

• Interacted with multiple stakeholders to communicate about operations, and also represent data/metrics information.
